I put a new slip on exhaust a pro flow kit and i put a new pilot jet i think(it was the bigger one that has a pink thing on it) and when i start to take off the car like chokes out but doesnt stall. When i give it gas real quick it will stall, but other then that it runs fine. Once it gets warmed up everything is ok, although the exhaust gets very hot. Is there anything i should do or is this all normal?

What jet did you put in? Mine was at 145 stock and with my pipe and filter w/o a lid I am running a 148 now.

148 is what Dyna recommended in the paper but I found it to be WAY to rich here when I did have it.

Idk i got the jet with a kit from alba they gave me two things the bigger one is what i put in, and they gave me a little one to but i striped the stock one so i cant get it out. I know nothing about carbs so i know im not making much sense

Sounds lean - normally hard starting, very hot exhaust, and the quad running fine after it gets warmed up is a sign of being lean.

Get a good set of pliers maybe even needle nose pliers and start to loosen the jet until it comes out.

I have an idea...read my thread about jetting. I just went through the same thing. You may have messed up the accelerator pump when you jetted. I did accidently and I was experiencing the same symptoms. It is a simple mistake and easy fix if that is the problem.
