carb issues

my mikuni on my 05 raptor350 doesn't seem to allow gas to flow to the motor. I got it running for a minute and then when i cut it off to put everything back together and then it won't start again... suggestions please.

Float valve stuck
Try tapping on the fuel bowl with a screwdriver handle

What would cause the float to stick?

Usually just the needle valve sticking.
You can check by loosening the bowl drain and see if fuel runs out.

I have drained the bowl and fuel dumped out
