Warrior idles very rough, pops through carb. RPM's dont drop when i pull clutch in when shifting. Sprayed carb cleaner all around head, carb, case etc. no leaks. Small leak on intake valve cover. Could it be just a dirty carb or it needs adjusted? Runs fine when throttle is open, just idles like crap. Any help greatly appreciated Thanks

Mine did that when I changed the needle clip position from the 3rd to the 4th slot
put it back to the 3rd Slot and ran and idled fine

Well messed around for about 3 hours today. Replaced the gasket for the valve cover. Did a good round of carb cleaner through the carb. Got to the spark plug took it out checked the gap, WAY off. Manual says .028 it was .024. Gapped it correctly. Runs much better. Still gonna get the rebuild kit and check that out. Hopefully that fixes it

check out your intake valve...my was sticking open it would let me ride if i kept my rpms up but if it idle it idled crappy
