I put an evo big gun slip on exhaust and a modquad intake on my 2006 Raptor 350. I bought a dyno jet, jet kit to re jet the carb and started with a dj136 and clip and second position. The bike will start with choke on but has little or no throtle response. It wont idle and when I do have thortle response it will backfire and sometimes pop threw the intake. I cant adjust my air mixture because there is a brass plug where the screw should be? Im not really sure where to go next was hoping someone with more knowledge could help me trouble shoot it?

Ditch the dyno jet and get genuine mikuni jets From either jets r us, or denniskirk. I'm not too familar with the mikuni bsr that is on those raptors, far as jet sizes go. Someone will pipe up soon enough. Sounds like it's lean. And, to remove that brass plug, drill a tiny hole in it and thread a screw in it and pull it out.
