CDI Question

Will a questionable CDI box cause what sounds like a mis-fire or a rich, burbly sound at high RPM's? I've got this symptom that came up outta nowhere, so I removed/cleaned my carb, changed the fuel filter and cleaned my K&N. No luck, it's still there.
Ignition is the only thing left I can think would cause this. Anyone have any ideas?

stator or cdi.. ohm them out both hot and cold.

I'll pick me up a manual for the bike, unless I can scrounge up a wiring diagram on this site.
I need a manual anyways, as I'm thinking about putting a big-bore kit on it. You know....poke it and stroke it.

do you have a warrior...if so the valves supposedly float when pegged.......maybe this is your issue......i own a raptor and they fixed this problem....and i might not be right about the warrior just thought i would help.
