CDI Question

Good Evening!

I'm a new member from Portugal and i have a Hyosung 350 that is exactly a Raptor350.

I have one question about the CDI. How can i verify that it is in good shape??

Where can i find a electrical schematic of the cdi box??

You can't bench test a CDI. The only way to check if it is good is to install it on a known running quad and see if it works.

I recently buy the quad, it have sometimes problems to start, but the owner said to me that the cdi is ok.

My doubt about the cdi appears because i measure the resistance in the cdi connectors and i have continuity between two of them.

Your CDI is similar to a raptor 350 cdi??

Can you measure the resistance between terminals? With that information i can have an "idea" how my CDI is.

My CDI wont be the same, as I have a warrior. I've never heard of anyone testing a CDI by continuity, and I don't think it would be an accurate way to determine if it is good or not.
