I got my drive chain off for the first time since I acquired ole blue. Found out it was non o-ring and I had 14 and 40 sprockets. I soaked it and oiled it but need to get a new set. When you check the slack I know it's supposed to be 1 1/4" to 1 1/2" or so but do you push down hard as you can and pull up hard as you can or just measure lift then measure. There's a 1/2" difference between the two methods.
