I was able to replace the rear chain guide and the upper roller but need some help on the roller that's on the swing arm. Is this a PITA to replace? How is it done? I am also missing the bottom roller post and all. Can I drill a hole thru the frame and mount one with a bolt?

You have to remove the swinger to replace that roller. It's not that hard once you get it off. And yes just drill a hole and put a correct length bolt through it.

That sucks to remove the swing arm. Do they make anything that allows you to replace it without having to remove the arm?

And yes the bottom roller get one with a bearing and get about six washers to make space between the frame and the bearing I have this set up on mine and is way better..
