Different. Not sure if I like it or not. I do think it's better then having them up on the bars. Never cared for that look, always thought the low mounted lights on the 1st gens were best. There, I replied, happy now?! lol.

HaHa Thanks Man was just getting worried cause I posted this like 3 1/2 hours ago and just now getting comments now I just gotta work on a hood scoop was hoping to get some insperation from Deadlast but still no pics of his best hood scoop ever

I wanted to mount them like the Banshee but it'll take a little more fab to do it right

Well I'm glad I was going through my top end and replacing my axle so as to avoid the nail biting unvailing of the hood scoop that will change the wardog community as we know it. Lol.

Now besides the fab of a hood scoop I really want to trade these yellow shocks for a set of white ones or some white banshee's

Lets try this pic thing again. You showed me yours, now I'll show you mine. How bout them tail lights.

No. Just some 2"x3/4" marker lights I had laying around the shop. They have 5/16 studs on the back for mounting them. When I got the bike it had no tail light and I didn't want to spend the money on a stocker. Besides, it doubles as an awesome back up light at night. Only take 194 bulb.

I had to do that with my 04 Polaris Predator didn't have a tail light so used a red marker light cost me $2.50 brand new rather than $25 for a used stocker also didn't have headlights so $15 wal mart fogs way brighter and better

Didn't make sense to spend the money on a dim stocker when I had good lights just laying around getting dusty. I used to amber lights on the outside and a red in the middle. Looks better in person. Maybe I should put some rope lights and leds on the fenders. Do it up like a big rig, lol.

I been thinking of putting a couple little led's under the gas tank to illuminate the engine

I know right I think I'll do it I just happen to have a 12" blue led strip under the dash in my car. What wires should I tap into though?

3 ways you can do it. Either cut into the harness to splice it basically right where the light is mounted. 2 run the wires to the headlight switch. Or 3, this is what I did, just splice them into the tail light wires. My tail light wires on the harness side were good. So all I did was use round spades on the lights themsleves and plugged em in to the factory round spades. Do yourself a favoir, don't use scotch locks, they suck.
