Clutch Question

I have a 1987 warrior, Im trying to install new clutch kit into it. Does anyone know the size of the big nut holding the pressure plate on?

1" 1/8 ... i think but i could wrong

Pressure plate is the outer, your talking hub boss, its 22mm im not sure in sae I think 1 1/16

Thank you all i got it, new clutch installed... now i have another question if you all dont mind.. I put new pick up coils, source stator coil, I got a used CDI box with a hire harness. I still do not get spark, with old cdi box and with the used one that suppose to be good.. What else could cause it from sparking?

Have you tested the coil?

brand new ignition coil, no volts coming out the orange wire out of the cdi box

Have you changed cdi's? And if so what brand did you put on? And is it pulseing out the pickup coil?

Through the main source coil i get juice, how would i test the two pickup coils for pulsing volts? They are brand new just put in today. I have two oem cdi boxes, one came with the machine, and one that i just got that was suppose to be good. If there is something i can test or do to try and get this thing to fire would be perfect.

Use a ohm tester and ohm the two coils and tell us what the resistance is.

I was wondering if the pickups are too far or not adjusted right or something?. is there away to get it closer to the flywheel?
