I got my new clutches installed today with an added steel and the HD springs. Do they really pull that much harder? My clutch lever pulls super hard now, well alot harder than before... Is that supposed to be the case? Feels like its going to wear my ass out on long runs...

welp, you are not experencing complete engine failure, which is a plus! But yeah it is normal for the clutch pull to be hard with HD springs. Hence why a lot of people run the raptor 350 clutch pull mod.

Right I believe it will start :), OK. which is EXACTLY where I wanted to go with this...will the stock lever and perch work the other 3-4 things I need for the raptor clutch cable mod? And will it make that big of difference?

Huge difference and you can use the stock perch but the rest needs to be replace it is one of the best placed $ 40 you will spend in a while!

Boy I feel bad for those guys with HD springs and shorty lever!!!

I use hd springs on a stock lever and setup and I like the stiffness of the springs because there is that positive grab by the clutch. Just my oppinion
