hey guys ! my clutch wet on me last time i road it. the steel disc wear blue and brown . my buddy wanted me to put the clutch from my parts quad in and i wanted to buy a new one when i had money to. so the next friday i come home to have dinner with his fam and he had started taking both of them apart in the car port with no light ! pissed me off so i had to put it together he didnt leave it alone . any why i have taken it apart again because it wanted to go when i pulled the clutch in and did when i let it out . so i looked at it again in the light next day there is one steel disc the is cuped i took it out and put a flat one back in with the stock spring plates in the order the book said now the quad does not do anything in forward or reverse need some help please!

Are the pressure plate springs tight? Are the fiber plates worn? Obviously getting slippage. Maybe should have installed a new clutch pack.

springs are tight! the disc look new like the parts quad had just been rebuilt . when i took it off the parts quad the washer beheind the basket was not there .

Is there any space between any of the discs? I think the inner hub has special splines so it won't seat unless it is lined up correctly. Other than that, I can't think of anything else. Maybe a pic would help.
