So I replaced my main and pilot jet and now it finally runs... I went from a 135 to a 140 main jet and just the replacement 42.5 pilot... But now It wont idle unless I turn the idle screw up a lot and make it idle really high and it makes a burping sound alot when I run it out of gas (turning gas off)

That sounds lean on your pilot, 145 is stock.
I havnt touched my Jets until recently- 135 was my stock main in Utah and 42.5 was stock pilot- I just replaced the Pilot with the same and 140 Main

How many turns out from stop is the idle mixture screw?

Ahh yeah, I forgot about elevation differences. There's no cracks in your intake boot?
