We used a torch but I wouldnt advise it its a pita a heat gun would be best. Google heat gun its like a hair dryer on steroids

a good buffing compound for plastics and a high speed buffer would work to

My neighbor (whose a fairly young guy as well).. He used a piece of a plastic milk jug to cover his headlight mount.

It's cheap. Easy to bend, and work with. And it's pretty tuff..
Just cut it to fit the hole (about a good inch of overlap) drill about 4 to 6 six holes, and rivet it on.

Then mask off the surrounding area, and paint it if you want.. I would advise painting it "on the hood" to avoid chipping.

my uncle has sheet metal i made a number plate out of but would sheet metal work if u gring down the sharp edges?

kk im spending 132 dollars on it....45$ for the intake manifold....50$ for the startor.....50$ for the bearing kit....then she will be running and moving ...then brakes lol

kk awsome thanks a mil. im getting the sheet metal tomorrow to make he hood mod. so i should sand it down then just heat it up?

wet sand then heat has the best oput come but those suckers need to be 100% clean before you heat it or the dirt will fuse to the plastic
