Doesn't seem to be sitting any different than when the stock front shocks are on the tightest notch from what I can see but was told the ball joints will fail if ridden with these shocks on? dunno anyone ever try or have issues? not gonna attempt to ride but just wondering if anyone tried before I could see jumping causing probs but just easy trail riding I don't see it causing issues anyone beg to differ? feel free to speak

Yeah I can see what you were talking about.
So I noticed the bottom eye holes are missing the bushings were the bottom bolt goes through can I get replacement bushings for the shocks or should I just sell them and let the next person replace them

It sounds like someone's "scare tactic." Maybe, to get you to give them more "money" or more "respect."

Here is a basic explanation/summary, that will leave a lot of info out (this is for the people that want to argue).

Beastlywarrior228 has a good question,

Pick the front end up do your ball joints bottom out before the shocks

I'm guessing that he is referring to the mechanical angle that is capable of the joint. Do the new shocks keep the joint at a "extreme angle." I doubt that they do.

Warrior style of lower ball joints are "Load Bearing." The two lower joints carry all of the load on the front end. The top joints don't carry a load. They'll have a "Side load," at times, but aren't load/weight carrying. So knowing that, the internal friction surfaces need to stay lubricated. I'm sure that someone has figured out how to put a Zerk on them.

The biggest problem that I see, is reversing the front rims. Think of the "Lever" theory, used in Physics. Being that the load carried by the tire is now farther away from ALL of the pivot points, the load on the pivot points is MULTIPLIED. That means every joint on the front end WILL wear faster.

Flat Trackers did this for cheap width and stance, then it became cool for everyone else. (but it still eats front end parts):atv:

I hope that this helps with the understanding......
