i have the outerwears on my air box and i cant use the snorkle that mounts to the top of the box(because of the outerwear cover). where/what do i do with the crank case hose that attatched to the snorkle? zip tye it somewhere. or so i take it off and put something there or... lmk what u guys do. thanks

u can put a filter there, idont like that as i tend to go thru rivers alot (i float across) slice a hole and then silicone it

what if i zip tye it up against something up on the frame. cuz it really wasnt filtered in the first place.it was attatched to the snorkel so whats the best thing i should do. i dont want it getting trash or anything.

your talking about hard plastic line that goes from engine case to air filter correct? or am i lost?

Well I believe that they had it going to the air horn, to draw a certain amount of vacuum? It's just a vent tube..

If you still have an airbox, try riggin into that some how?? That way nothing will get in there, and you'll still be kinda drawing the gasses from the case. :iagree:

if i drill the hole do i put a valve cover on it insidethe box? is there a certain angle it should have?

wait like cover the actual hole of the hose or the little crack it will have when i put it in the hole. like that around the hose right? and would it be better to get the breather or no? if anyone has pictures that would help but i think i follow what u guys are saying.

You've got it man.. You don't wanna plug the hole in the hose!! It vents gasses that form in your case, and prevents oopsies. lol
And I don't think a breather filter would do anything..

probably keep it filtered tho. it wouldnt alter any of the flow or anything correct? so if it wont do anything but filter it why not haha. imma try all this stuff on monday and ill let you guys know how i turns out.
