I don't think they do, none of the good aftermarket ones do, unless yours has a quiet core.

When you look down the end of the exhaust does it narrow down or is it as big as the end cap all the way through to the end?

Then it's as loud as it's going to get without cutting it down - and I don't recommend cutting it down, if you make a mistake you can ruin it.
