Down but not out

I recently just bent my frame on a tree at 45 mph now I need a little on what to start doing when I get my new frame. Can anybody give me a quick step by step on what to do first once I tear my 2003 warrior 350 down. Thank for any replies

it's probably a little late but i ment take pictures when you take it apart so you know how to put it back together
