Dura Blue axle install

I won this on ebay thinking it was an eliminator 2+2. Well its not.

First question, is it worth putting on. With my rear wheels flipped the rear is like 6 inches wider thank the front. I have +2 A arms going on soon, so I was thinking that it might work out OK.

Second question, do I have everthing here that I need? I haven't ever had the stock axle out and it seems like there is something missing here. Thanks for your help guys.
