My needle on my carb is set to the 3rd notch down. which i believe is stock. But under the clip there is a small washer and a rubber o-ring on the needle....is that supposed to be there???? I don't see it listed on any of the carb parts breakdowns i've looked at.
maybe the last owner put it there for some odd reason..
