hi yall new to the boards here. ive looked around to find someone with the same noise and symtoms as my bike but haven't found anything out on it. I have a noise coming from the head area that almost sounds like a wrist pin knock but changes to fast with rpms for it to be that. I checked timing marks, chain tension, made sure valves are adjusted correctly. I do notice if I let it sit over night and fire this pig up it lets a puff of smoke out and goes away after 30 seconds, if I rev it up I get a few random puffs of smoke. could the valve seats be making noise along with worn valve guides and stem seal be my issue. I have electric ears and when I touch the header pipe next to the head is the only similar sound im hearing as far is loudness and is constant with the rpm change. any help would be appericated or point me to a old sticky if ones out there.

Welcome to the forum. For noises like this, it is hard to pinpoint from only reading a post. A video is usually helpful in these situations, if possible. That being said, it sounds like your valve seals/seats are starting to go, but those shouldn't cause any extra noise. Warriors have notoriously loud valve trains, and it seems like you have checked all of the common potential causes for excessive valve train noise. Did this noise just simply show up one day, or has your quad always made this much noise?
