Anyone have a step by step guide for rebuild with a .20 bore over or stock.

Guy I bought quad from welded nut to head when i went to break it lose to install new exhaust fell apart buying new head jug with piston etc.

just need some info for when putting back together everything lines up

You need to spend the 30 bucks on a Clymer repair manual. Either ebay, reapirmanual.com, or denniskirk will have em. There is also a downloadable version on here, but, imo, the actual manual is better.
