Would these mods be a good idea? its stock right now and im looking for more power :atv: The compression of the piston is 10.5:1, what would this make my bike as in cc's? and would i need anything else to install this piston such as a oill cooler or gaskets? and if so which ones would i look for??

a full exhaust system and a nice filter and jetted perfect can go along way if you dont wanna do a piston. with a bigger piston its going to run a little warmer than before so an oil cooler might be a good idea. Filter wise going with a whole new air box is a go idea. Iknow weston makes them for the warriors idk about raptors though.

Would i need an oil cooler?? And what would the piston make my engin as in cc's?

i mean the cooler would help alot with heat and keeping it a little cooler. and cc wise its a std bore so you would prob just have to get your cylinder honed

If I were you I wouldn't do a piston, simply because it's fairly new and will give you years of service. Now, if it were an older bike with oodels of hours on it and neglected I would. Yes, the 10.5to1 will give you more noticable bottom end but if all you really want is more power you can obtain that with the exhaust, a/filter, and a good rejet. I'm partial to uni filters, or any faom filter for that matter. Once you uncork that engine you'll see a big difference. Another thing to consider is possibly getting a high performance cdi. With these items you'll see good power increases without having to do any engine work. If these items aren't enough then do some engine mods.
