where can I find the donut for between the header pipe and the head on the warrior? Is it a dealer only part?

Usually they are a dealer part, but, go onto cometic's website and they may have one listed for it. Is the old one thrashed? Many times you can get away with reusing them because they are a woven type of copper or steel (can't remember which it is) and they almost always crush back down and seal good. New gasket is always the best way to go, however.

well Gen here was the issue my buddys 94 he bought that DG exhaust off of ebay for $150 and it was great for a few rides and then on the 87 mile ride a couple weeks ago I noticed it was getting louder than it was when he first put it on well after inspection we found out the spark arrestor blew out so we put my stock exhaust from my 02 and put it on last night and still loud as **** so I thought his donut was gone but we didn't see that it was still stuck on the end of the head pipe so don't need one but don't know why the hell it got so damn loud all of a sudden even changing exhaust's didn't change it at all but he took his motor out of frame today cause he's gonna take it in to get rebuilt cause she's still burning oil bad

So, it was still overly loud with the stocker and the gasket in place? Only things to cause that would be a crack or hole in the exhaust, a damaged cylinder head around the exhaust port, or (on the outside chance) the head gasket could have a slight leak making it louder. If a head gasket is leaking then compression would be low and hard to start(or not at all), but I have had that happen to me on one of my personal bikes.

starts and runs great minus the oil burning
no crack or hole in exhaust and all the loudness is coming out the end of the muffler I checked for exhaust leaks with hand while running and none doesn't make sense
