Last weekend rode for about 60 km (road and trails) when i was coming home the header fell...
Lots off back firing (like it was lean ) and NOISE, but still i manage to get home.
Upon arrival i notice that the two allen head bolts had disapeared :eek: .
I removed the header from the slip on fmf to check for damage and remenber reading here that removing the welding inside would let the engine breath a little better. So i did it and i was very suprised i noticed a little more power in middle and top. didnt think that i would feel anything different on the bike with such a minor mod...
Well any way just to thank you guys for another great tip from a great site:tup:

All you do is grind out the welds on the inside of the header where it bolts up to the engine. Pretty simple
