i remember the warrior 450 article where it had the blaster hood. i saw the actual quad up on ebay a couple years back, i wish i could find the article it was april 03 if i do recall.

wasn't it in a dirtwheels article? ik i have a copy of it sitting around somehwere, o and MIWarrior, is there neway you could send me a link or repost the picture of the actual article itself, I'm kinda interested in reading it.

Yeah must of been fast as hell, but according to Mickey, the 5 to 8 HP difference between the 446 and the 500 wasn't worth the almost $1000 dollors more. Remember you needed a 400 Kodiak cylinder, and connecting rod, which he bought new, then bore the new cylinder out to to accept a 90mm sleave, plus stroke the stock Warrior crank. The Kodiak cylinder looks to be like 8mm higher.

There would be a cheaper alternative than using the taller cylinder from the kodiak. You could simply machine a block for the bottom of the cylinder but i havent seen anyone do this for the warrior yet. However i have seen it done before.

did u guys see the 440 warrior way back in dirt wheels?....the fenders are different like you know how you can see the gas tank when u look at it from the side...they extended it there and it looked sweet
