Flywheel prob

I have a question for you. I have a warrior 305 and I just got done rebuilding my engine. I cant get the flywheel to go back on all the way. I even used a impact to tighten the bolt up and the flywheel keeps coming lose on me. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. it just wont go back on all the way. The crank is not damaged. I have even broke a key while the engine was running. So i have to be doing somthing wrong. I did every thing the manual told me to do and still comes lose.
 
if i t dont go on right there is something wrong when you tour your motor apart did u drop anything on your crand or beat in it with a hammer at all if so pull it off all the way and with a file take the plug out and turn the motor over and look at the crankshaft to seef if it has anyhigh spots in it it will cause if from going on if it does use a fat ******* file and LIGHTLEY take some metel off the high spot of the shaft then turn it over again and look for more high spots also see if anything is loged in the flywheel like the key is shered in anyplace at all try it and see what happens
 
Yeah i looked the crank over and every thing looks fine. Should the bolt push the flywheel all the way back on? or do i need to use a hammer? im so confused... the crank if fine, the flywhell is fine.
 
idk with lookin at it if it aint going on there is something binding somewhere can u get a picture of how far it goes on with the flywheel all the way on that would help a lot for me to see it and a pick of it off and insid the flywheel
 
i cant gets pictures to work. um it will go on far enough to where i can get the cover on and let it run for awhile. then it will start banging aroung inside the case and brake the key. I already broke the bolt that goes into the end of the crank so im wateing on my new one. then i cane mess around with it some more.
