Need help/direction on how to fix this.Should i take it to the shop or do it myself ? What tools will i need if i decide to do it myself ? Can the rubber thing be replaced ?

Like I said its threaded, so when you put in the new one, it just threads in and you tighten it by doing that same thing you did to take it out in the other direction lol.
 
@Gen1Pat someone told me that i will have to get the little ball pressed back into the rubber part with a machine . Is that true ? if you look at the first picture maybe you can see what i am talking about .

No there not pressed in I did mine using a wooden block and hammer.. Put your for quad on a jack and put a foot long 4x4 under the A Arm and tap the bad one out with a hammer..

No must be replaced! There not pressed in!
