Well i just bought 4 12inch itp delta black wheels off ebay brand new for 185 bucks shipped. Think it was a good deal? I was'nt really sure how much they sold for anywhere else but its not my money so...

why would you buy 12 inch wheels
I assume you are buying them for another quad, right?
I think that's about the going price for them, actually maybe a little bit on the high side for just the deltas. One of my buddies got a combo of 4 ITP 12" alloys and 28" Swamp Foxes for about $450 at the local powersports shop, and I know those tires were at least $250 for the 4.
