Handle Bars

I'm thinking of painting my handlebars either Yellow or Gloss Black. Which one do you think would look better?(I am adding to my yellow and black colour scheme)

Get some Pro Tapers they are black bars with yellow markings w00t!

Go with safety yellow (not the neon one), it will stand out more.

Whether you buy pro-tapers or not i would just buy a new set of bars, i tried to paint a set and they just ended up looking like **** after i put all the clamps and stuff back on. You can tusk Aluminum bars in any color for like 20 bucks.

do the bar black and the cross bar yellow...i did it on my bycicyle and it lookes sweet

Yea but make sure u get the HIGH rise ones other wise i dont think their will be enough room between the neutral/reverse light thing and the cross bar. I got the high rise and they barley fit.

But the only way I can see his bars 'barely' fitting is if the are rolled back quite a bit.

you should definately go for the black pro tapers

get a new clamp that has it built in and you dont have to worrie about a thing.

I have the Black Pro Taper SE bars. I like the feel of them alot. I hereby reccomend them. ;D
