My wifes 350 warrior has become hard to start. After 15 seconds of cranking the engine has not fired. After the 15 seconds the cranking gets gradually faster and the engine eventually fires into life. It runs rough for a few seconds, but eventually settles and idles OK.Is it possibly flooding or is the piston having trouble sucking the fuel through the carb into the cylinder?

possibly your starter or battery is getting weak and not cranking fast enough. In the mean time, your flooding it trying to get it to start.

try jumping it - if you do it off a car -don't leave cables on any longer than ness.
