Im running a k&n airfilter with a dg rcm pipe, my main jet is a 150. Idle air set to 2 turns. Carb has had fresh rebuild, I have a bent choke lever, is it possible its sucking air through the seals there? Help!!!!
 
The pilot jet is new but a stock 45, moat people dont change the pilot, so that confuses me... What do you suggest I try for a pilot jet size?
 
And if its the pilot jet will it only affect it whike its idling? Or will it have a impact on the whole throttle range? I rode it yesterday and it seems to have nice even power all the way through.
 
pilot is used from idle up to 1/4 throttle
main is wot
and the needle is for between 1/4 and wot
 
Fixed it! It was because the choke lever was bent, it was sucking air through the seal!! Keep this in mind people!!!
