Header issue

Hey guys i have an 05 raptor and a full yoshimura race pipe and i just rebuilt the motor and when i was taking the header off it came off easy and slipped right out of the frame. Now that the motor is put back together i cant seem to squeeze it back in the frame..... :argh:

Any tips or videos you guys know of?
