how do i get header pipe back thru frame to install, already loosen brake lines. but now brake tabs in way......:argh: it came out but i cant get in in, beatin the **** outta my paint:eek:
 
i been wiggling for a freakin hour now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ok the ****** wiggle dont ****** work gonna pull engine, repaint whole front end and throw this mother fucker out

Yeah the stock head pipe is a tight ******* fit
would a picture help ya out with the route through the frame?
 
just sent this to hauler......................

yes a pic/video, i got it thru and went low, hits brake tabs (i bent them, no help) and clutch cover, so close but no go.....went high, pipe above cover, still hits tabs, will not go into head, i beat on it, destroyed my paint, got 3 hrs with nothing done, but a repaint, im so ****** pissed, let me know what you got, ill take pics of what i tryed if needed........wiggle/beat/throw/yell/scream......nothing helped:argh::argh::argh::argh::argh::argh::argh:

I think you were trying to put it through the wrong part of the frame hope these pics help man

yup......im a dumb ass....frustrated......i keep gettin interupted when i go to get it done:argh: I was havin a Dillion moment:haha: if you only knew how it almost fits that way thou:haha: surprised you'll didnt catch on when i said i was ****** with brake tabs thou..........thanks ev1:tup:
 
Thanks genpat anyway ...felt stupid but got it done....so ****** hot....a river of sweat runnin down the crack of my ass.......u dont think straight:argh::tup:
 
easiest way is 2 stand the quad straight up , loosen the front plastics than do some twisting and turning ...its alot easier if the quad is standing straight up
 
I've never had issues installing them. Had mine off 3-4 times in 5 months time. Am thinking about making my own custom 2" head pipe when I do the stroker. It's gunna be a tight fit!

when you thread the pipe thru correct location on frame i could do it standing on my head with bike laying on its side especially after that **** up of mine:haha:
