would they mount to any handlebar? dont look like it i want it for more lights on my 300

It mounts to the stock handle bar clamps on a warrior and rests on the cross bar of the bars. If your 300 steering stem has the dimensions as a warrior stem it might fit. But I`m pretty sure they are different.
