Hi its nice to meet you all I've always wanted a warrior 350 and a 400 ex and I finally got one!
My warrior needs lots of repairs and its basically a project.
I'm probably going to go very cheap on the parts and maybe keep it for 3-4 years
Is there anything I really shouldn't cheap out on ? Thanks everyone!

Alot of the motor parts if the oem stuff isn't damaged it'll be higher quality than cheap replacement, some things you can probably take off the list and use the added budget where it counts. On your list the camshaft and rockers come to mind.
For what it's worth, tusk makes alot of budget friendly high quality parts that are on your list, worth looking into
