My front sprocket just kind of rattles when I put it in gear but won't go, what does that mean? It worked great yesterday and will drive in reverse, just not forward. I tried adjusting the cable but it didn't help much. It would grab and go for a second but then would stop. Is this what people mean when they say "the clutch is slipping"? Do I need new plates or what?? Is it possible that the spring bolts could've backed out and it's not grabbing as it should? HELP!

Well your gonna have to tear it back apart something came undone. I'm sure as you pull the clutch cover you will see what's wrong. Also make sure your front sprocket is tight doubt its that but ya never know. Let us know and take pics of when its apart and post them its hard to say with out seeing.

Also check your reverse linkage it might not be engaged in forward that will cause the clicking there's a adjustment there.

I'll open it up and take a look next time I get a chance, just needed some guidance as to where to start. Thanks for the help, I'll check back when I know more.

The front sprocket looks to be ok, not great but should last a while? It could be the reverse linkage but I really don't think so, occasionally I go get it to grab and it would pull forward for a minute. It's kind of acting the way it did when I was attempting to install a new clutch kit but wasn't doing it properly. (That was a month or two ago maybe??)

I'll side with Jeff and say it's the reverse linkage mine does the same thing from time to time I just push the reverse shifter further forward while it's in 1st gear and it pops right in
when it's doing the clicking reach down and grab the reverse shifter if it's vibrating then thats the issue just pull the button and push it forward further and it should lock in just make sure you have it in 1st gear it will go in easier

Well you guys know what you are talking about way more than I do so I'll give that a shot, I would much rather mess with the linkage than open it up. I messed with the adjustments on the clutch cable forever today so now I have to find the sweet spot and get the clutch lever working properly before I mess with the reverse linkage. Thanks for the tips!

I FINALLY got to mess with the Warrior some today, it ended up being the reverse linkage like you guys said. Thank you so much for the help, I never would have thought of that!!
