HELP!! rocker arm shaft install!!

Well..i got me head apart to change out valve seals and what not. Got those changed and ready to go back together...but I am having pure hell re-installing those damn rocker arm shafts!. Any tips or tricks on the situation? Having a hard time getting everything lined up right to force the shaft thru! HELP!!

edit--does the cam Have to be in to put the shafts back in? or can I put it in after I get those bastards installed?

I thought bout the bfh..just figured id ask for some tricks before I started wailin on them bastards and messed up a good head. how tight should the rocker arms be in the head before the shafts are installed?
