im getting a dg exhaust http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=270973827041#ht_1353wt_1037 and a uni airfilter proflow http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=200749292050#ht_500wt_1054 but i have no idea what to jet to or how to do it, iv'e never done it before, will this work? http://www.ebay.com/itm/Raptor-350-...ies&hash=item43afb95b3b&vxp=mtr#ht_553wt_1037 and what should i reject to using this kit or would i be better off buying the needles sepratly and what should i rejet to if i buy the needles one by one :argh: this is confusing

trust me its only confusing until you do it.. the suddenly it becomes obvious.. my suggestion or atleast what I did is to pull apart and clean the carb that way you have a better understanding and its clean :)

sometimes when you buy exhaust it will come with a sheet that tells you what to jet your quad too. My friend bought a hmf last week and it told him to go from 145 to 165 for the main. But i agree with dreded take the carb apart and check it out so you will know that thing like the back of your hand. I have took the warrior carb apart atleast 10 times in the past month, and now i can do it with my eyes closed.

Ok guys I think ima do that this weekend, is it true that dynojet has different numbered needles or something like that??

Bones so should I start with the main jets and the adjust the pilot jet till it runs right and the plug is tan?

pilot is starting and idle start with the 50 pilot and the biggest main jet let it idle for 20min then check the plug if its dark then go to the 47.5 pilot

now for the main jet run it down the road or whatever at WOT if it bogs or cuts out then pull the clutch in and hold it .... hit the kill switch and coast to a stop and check the plug again if it dark and not tan go down one size and do it again

So I should give it all its got and if it dies out go down one size?

need to be in a gear that you can comfortably hold WOT and doesn't sound like the quad is going to explode because of high RPMS so 5th or 6th on flat or up a slight hill in 2nd or 3rd
