So I now have plugs in two of my stock tires and its time to upgrade. But there are so many choices. I'm leaning towards Razrs. I want 6 ply because fixing flats sucks. My big question is, what size to get? I rode my friends rappy and really like the feel of the lower 20 inchers. But I have concerns with ground clearance. What do you guys think?

Well realize 6 ply is only in the sidewall of the tire and if your flats are on the tread portion of the tire this section isnt as thick but is thicker then stock none the less.

Rear: Holeshot HDs (or XCRS)
Front: Holeshot XCRs

This is the most popular combo for XC racing.

lol ;)! no I just love their products they are the best.

I have nothing against the ITP Holeshot series and one of my friends has them on his 300ex, he says they are a great tire. I have RAZR front tires and i absolutly love them :) i also have Knarly back tires and think that they are also a great tire.

If you went with either, the RAZRs, or the Holeshots, you wouldn't go wrong.

The first day i had my rappy, about 15 minutes into the very first ride of it, i had a flat tire. Busted the sidewall out on a rock. I was pissed. Scratched my front rim up too. I got that one patched, then went out again. Another flat tire, this time from crossing train tracks, lol. this one couldnt be patched/plugged, so i went and bought my knarlys and razrs and couldnt be happier with them!!

You will be happy with ur new tires.

Yeah, hoping to get a couple pair of Holeshots myself (once I get front rims to match my rears), or short of that the Razr's

[quote:e062n2xw]hey man i going to get the razars for cheap of some web site, but i still have 5 plugs in two of my tires from riding so hard!!!

I had 16 plugs in one tire on my last pair lol.[/quote:e062n2xw]

wow that might be some kind of record  I thought 5 was alot in my stock front tire.

Got another flat Sunday. So I ordered some GBC Groundbuster II's. Rocky mountain had them on closeout. Went with 20 11 9 in the rear and 21 7 10 in front. I figure if they suck at least they were cheap. And anything is better than the stock ones. Anyone know about these?
