high rpm misfire?

I had my warrior top end rebuilt about 4 rides ago. The first two rides i took it easy on it to break it in. When i started to run it harder i noticed it has a high rpm misfire in every gear except for 1st and 2nd gear. I tried to adjust the carb a little and it made no change at all. I believe its spark related. Things i have done that havent worked... new stator, new plug, new coil, new cdi box and still i have this weird misfire. Any thoughts on what to check before i burn this thing? Thanks!!

Valve adjustment, intake boot, stuff like that man. Is it stock?

The bike is mostly stock with just a k and n, pipe and a jet kit. The intake boot and timing chain are also new. How hard is it to check the valves?

Sounds like valves or main to small. What jet you running 155?

I checked the plug many times and it always looks like it should. I guess i will check the valves? Maybe the guy that i had rebuild it didnt adjust them correctly. Any how to's out there to adjust the valves? Thank guys!
