I'm thinking about buying a HMF Exhaust kit(pipe, jets, etc.) and was wondering which is the cheapest exhaust the HMF website sells? I'm a little short on $$$ because I don't have a job yet and my dad wont buy stuff for it anymore. I don't really want one with a ******* spark arrestor.(Spark Arrestor$$$ )

The cheapest HMF is the basic brushed aluminum sport series slip-on. They all come with a free spark arrestor, which is a piece of wire screen with a steel ring.

I'm not even sure if you can buy it straight off of their web site. I bought mine off ebay for $220, and it came with a 2 stage uni filter and the shipping was free.

I doubt the cobra even gave your bike any performance gains. The HMF adds as much as any other good slip on, and will sound WAY better than that POS cobra.

Yeah, I would ditch the cobra!!! The are junk. I have a friend that has the hmf on a 400 ex and it sounds great and he says he could feel a gain.
