I have been doing some head scratching on which exhaust to get. I think I have it down to the HMF or the Powercore 4. I need your input. Which one sounds better. Is one not as loud as the other? I imagine they both have the same power output?...Which is easier to tune?

I think the HMF in Candy Red would look good on my Raptor which is white with the red frame. Has anybody seen the Candy Red HMF on a white Raptor with the red frame and does it look very good. I have never seen a Powercore4 on a Raptor.

Any comments or opinions is appreciated.

i would go with the HMF ... thats what i have i just got it in the brushed aluminum and i love it it has great sound and pretty noticeable power difference with the jets and airfilter... the candy red should look killer on ur rappy

I have the HMF and i love it. You can notice the power differnce with it and a jet kit.

just my 2 cents, but i love my powercore 4. i have them on the warrior and the 300ex. great sound and power. i could really tell the difference with the 300ex b/c now it pulls like a sombitch compared to stock. i know everyone on here loves the hmf, but i prefer the fmf. either way, you will gain power (and noise) and notice a difference. just depends on what sort of money you want to spend.

The powercore is ok if noise is an issue, but the hmf weighs half as much, costs less, and sounds 10 times meaner.

yamarider, how much do they each weigh? ive never seen the specs on that. not calling bs or anything, but i just would like to see that. also, i think fmf is just as good (if not better) quality. they have been in the business for a while for a reason. just my opinion.
