How do I bore out my warrior?

To bore it out, you need to be a machinist with the equiptment to do it, or, you have to bring it to a machine shop and have them bore and hone it for you. Boring is removing material from the cylinder's bore to increase it's size. More size more displacement.

What is your reason for boring?
It's not a big power maker.
If you know you are low on compression then move forward.
Maybe I missed something.

Just take a dremel to it and do some nice deep groves! and you will be :atv:!!!!!

Find you a good machinist one who is experienced with boring cylinders. Call a local indy bike shop and find out who they use thats what i did and there is a guy just south of me who is highly recomended and reasonable.
