sandblast and paint/ polish. is it an aluminum can because you can use turtle wax heavy duty rubbing compound on it and it will shine! but for the steel pipe ya can only sandblast it or sand it and paint it.

If you're talking about the black ****, use a wire brush or something like an SOS pad. I used a spray can one time to clean **** off plastics, ill try to find it and report back.

Mean Green and a plastic bristle brush for the exhaust on the plastic. And what alex said for the pipe. If you dont have a sandblaster, use a wire wheel on a drill or bench grinder.

I used to detail cars many years ago i recomend you to the autoparts store and buy some ultra fine steel wool,,, i have it and use it on everything but it will leave alittle wool dust you have to wipe off,, you can use it on a chrome bumper to get scum off and it wont scratch it,, i just painted my frame black, got overspray all over the yamaha reverse sticker and just rubberd it off and the sticker still looks new, didnt take off the wrighting at all!!!! Works excilent on exhaust tips too, my truck has dauls!!

Use steal whool on the pipe, and a magic eraser on the plastics then use a wax or armorall on it to keep it clean longer

will do i have been going through the manual and doing all maintnance. Yesterday I changed the oil and the dman bolt on the bottom was really tight and I stripped it. I used one of those sockets that extracts and got it , and luckily i have the spare warrior for parts so i snagged the cap off that. I also took the entire airbox out and cleaned that all up it was dirty as hell, so today ill go local and get a filter. I also re did the battery wire ends and put in a fresh battery. Ill prob be on here later because im going to tackle the valve adjustment. I already bought the feeler gauges.

I'm going to clean mine up soon. I'm sure I'll still ride in the winter end of the year on one.. I'll have to have someone do some aluminum welding on one of my warriors, as well as replace the starter clutch and adjust the cams. Into next year I'm hoping to get banshee or raptor shocks on at least one of my warriors, and maybe nerf bars too. Santa has a BIG list this year lol ;)
