I have a 99 warrior that likes to eat cams. I'm getting some oil to the cam, but not enough. My exhaust rocker just seized up, and I would like to know how the oil is supposed to get to the top. Also has anyone successfully removed a seized rocker? If so, how did you do it?

If I am not mistaken, oil flows up to the head through one of the head bolts. It then makes it way back down through the timing chain area. You can check the oil flow at the head through the check bolt on the head. The process for checking it correctly is covered in the manual.

Thank you. I found the problem. A piece of metal got into the oil pump, jammed it, and the gear broke off. You are correct. The oil goes from the pump to the oil line and then up around the right side back head bolt. The rocker wasn't easy to get out. It had to be carefully cut out with a torch. I never noticed that bleeder screw before in the head, but I see how it works now.
