How does this carrier work?

It may not look exactly like the picture, that looks exactly like the LSR I have in my Honda. They're nice, but don't believe the hype that they're bullet proof-I just put new bearings in mine today. If it switches your adjustment to the eccentric type like mine is and the one in the pic is, it's probably worth it. I've never seen one in a Warrior though so I'm not sure how it fits.

The picture is wrong, it's for a Honda, I have the dual row bearing carrier and it works nicely.

Explain to me how it works on the Yamaha I'm kind of curious. You have the two bolts to adjust your chain, then the adjustment on the new carrier. Does the new carrier do away with the old style adjustment?

It's an exact replica of the stock one, except it's billet aluminum and has four bearings instead of two to support the axle.

thanks guys. but right after i posted this i was reading it a little more and the seller says this may not be the exact same as the one for your model. then i realized it was a honda model. Do you guys not what make that one is though?

No idea, email him and ask. My PERSONAL opinion, I don't know that I'd buy another one. You figure $250 (give or take) for the carrier so you can run double row bearings that are supposed to be fairly bulletproof. I just replaced the bearings in mine this weekend because I blew them out. You can get factory replacements on Ebay for $15 or so, the LSR double row bearings I needed to replace cost me $100. I'd rather replace the stockers every year or so for $15 than the LSR ones every year or so for $100. On a Warrior if it made your chain adjustment eccentric like the Honda style I'd buy one, but since it doesn't I personally wouldnt.

LOL. Just hope you don't blow the bearings out on it, they're pricey. Did you ever find out who makes it?

yeah its just like daves. made by rad. I dont even know where i can get replacement bearings? In my stock carrier i didnt hardly ever have to replace the bearings.
