At least a day or two...maybe more. Your basically taking the entire bike apart to do the frame, right. Its gonna take about a day or two to get it apart, another day or two to sand blast it and paint it, a day to let the paint cure. And then its gonna take another two or three days just to put it back together. So maybe about two weeks.
