So i posted on the other day telling you guys about the hmf slip on, k&n air filter( with stock air box lid), and the dyno jet jet kit. will i used the kit as instructed, the warrior was running ridiculously lean(which i ran it at night for maybe 10 mins and the head pipe was red, so i drilled out the main jet to 150 and ordered a 45 pilot and moved my needle to the 2nd groove from the top, mine came stock with 42.5 pilot and 145 main. the fourwheeler started fine a few times after i put in the correct jets. i ran it each time maybe for 5 mins then shut it off. now it will not crank up and run.
Things i have checked/ done:
1. Put on a stock warrior mikuni carb with pipe and filter still installed, it still wouldnt start.
2. adjusted valves.
3. ignition coil is good, i even put a new one on from a friend warrior, sitll wouldnt start.
4. checked compression which is good. I put the motor on tdc and put a blow gun to the spark plug hole and pushed air in which imediatley came right back out the spark plug hole, so the valves are still sealing properly.
5. will not jump start either!!
6. have played with the air fuel mixture screw throughout my testing moving it to 2 1/2 out then back in some then back out some, and still no luck.

so with this said it is getting spark, fuel, air and compression, valves are adjusted correctly. i am stumped i really dont know what else to do. if any one has any suggestions please let me know. thanks

Check compression with a compression tester.

Is your plug getting wet?

I'm with Weston
Check the spark, pull the plug, set it on the engine, crank. Needs nice blue spark.
If you have spark, spray a little something in the intake of the carb, if it fires off go back to the carb.

well i figured it out. everything is working properly, i tried putting some oil in the cylinders a few days ago and no luck, i did it agian yesterday and put more than i did the first time, i turned it over a few times without the spark plug in to get and excess out, and when i put the plug back in it fired right up lol. been starting fine ever since haha. so thanks guys i appreciate all the help!

naw everything was working fine before, lol, i guess trying to crank it so much flooded it out. idk haha but it fires up everytime now!! thats all that matters im just glad its running!
