Well tonight I decided to pull the stock header because I had a feeling at least 1 exhaust stud was gonna snap off and sure enough just happened to be the top stud at least there is still a good 3/8" sticking out of the head but I tried heat and vice grips and it just doesn't want to move so I have it loaded on the trailer and I'm gonna take the Wolf to my local powersports shop and have them pull it and then dril and tap both holes for the bigger studs and then just wait for the basically new RS2 Yoshimura full exhaust I just bought this morning for it.

Ed, go to your Ford dealer and get two exhaust studs for either the 4.6 V8 or 5.4 V8. They're 1.25mm x m8 and are perfect for atv applications. You can install them easily with a star socket, too.

Well I got a pair of each with 2 locking nuts cost me $14 damn Ford stealership!

That exhaust looks nice that will be awesome on there. I have do the same thing I will think that something will brake but think no it shouldn't and sometimes it does can't wait to see it with the yosh

And thanks the Yoshi will be killer on the wolf just need to fab a custom mount bracket to bolt it to under the rear fender so if anyone has pics of the bracket ya made for raptor 350 exhaust on the warrior that would be awesome I know Anthony is one but he hasn't been on in quite a while

Well guys the full RS2 Yoshimura stainless comp series exhaust came today for the Wolf only problem is its still at the shop because they are a week backed up with other quads so not sure If it will be done tomorrow or not till after labor day weekend not to happy about not being able to ride this weekend but that's the way the cookie crumbles I guess
